If there is a question put in front of me asking, "Who is that one person without whom you can't live?" , the one and only answer will be "MOM".
Mom is the one who starts loving you even before you are born..
Mom is the one who sacrifices her sleep to prevent you from sleepless nights..
Mom is the one who understands you without your saying anything..
Mom is the one who will fight for you with the whole world when you are in trouble..
Mom is the one who caters to the silliest of your needs..
Mom is the one who saves you from dad's wrath when he is angry..
Mom is the one who will bear anything and everything for your comfort..
Mom is the one who will think about your needs first even if she is in terrible pain..
Mom is the one who will not get angry even if you talk to her rudely..
Mom is the one who will not rest for a second until you recover from your illness..
Mom is the one who will pamper you like no one else does..
Mom is the one who instils morals and values in you that make you a good human being..
Mom is the one who will hide her tears and bear with every injustice,only to see you happy and contented..
Mom is the one who will pray for your happiness umtil her last breath..
Mom is the one who can go without food to satiate your hunger..
Mom is the one who can go without water to quench your thirst..
Mom is the one who can sacrifice everything just to fulfill your wishes..
Mom is the one who can become a father as well if necessary..
Mom is the one who will never forget your smallest of needs even in times of her discomfort and pain..
Mom is the one who cries when tears well up in your eyes..
Mom is the whole world for you....
Why, then, we children treat our mom as "somebody" ??
Why, then, has she become an obstacle in our life when she had to be the top priority??
Why, then, do we go against her and not see the good in what she says when she refrains us from doing something??
Why, then, cant we reciprocate the feelings of love, care and affection??
Why, then, cant we, for once, understnd that she is the one who will stand by your side in times of adversity??
I have seen and am saying from my experience that moms go through a lot of pain while bringing us up..
I have also seen that moms go to a great extent to hide their distress and pain so that we never feel the gloom..
Though, she never says, I can feel the vibes..
I can feel the pain she goes through..
I hate the fact that she has to go through so much because of us and for us..
Hats off to my MUM :-)
All you children out there, see your mom as a blessing of God..
Treat her with as delicate a behaviour as you would treat a new born child..
Never ever be rude to her please..
Give her a look of affection every time you look at her..
I can say from my experience that the first feeling that touches us, when mom refuses for something or goes against our will, is anger, repulsion, etc.......
I too feel the same..
But God has given us the power to control our emotions..
Make your love for mom so strong that the feeling of anger immediately changes to a feeling of understanding and affecion as opposed to misunderstanding and opposition..
Take time and think over what she says..
You will certainly find some reason behind her saying..
Even if you do not, just agree with her..
You will never go wrong then..
I can say this so confidently because i have gone through it..
I would like to share it with you all so that you also have confidence in what i said before..
My 2/2 exams were going on and i was very ill so could not study anything for a particular exam. I decided that i won't write the exam but my mom persuaded me to go and atleast attempt it. I reluctantly agreed because it was my mom who was saying me to do it. When i saw the question paper, i was almost in tears because i could not answer a single question completely. This was the first time i was in a situation like this. Somehow, i wrote whatever i could. It filled only 7 pages out of an answer booklet of 32. Now everybody might be thinking that i came back home and started blaming my mom for whatever happened. But this was not the case as i had complete trust in my mom. I knew deep inside my heart that nothing will go wrong and that is what happened when the results came out. I had cleared that exam with exactly the passing marks. I was elated, not because I cleared the exam but because my trust in my mom was right and it got proved too.. Now you might ask me a question that what would i say if i had failed in that exam. My answer would be that i would never have failed because i wrote the exam on my mom's insistence and even if i had failed i would say "whatever happens,there is a purpose behind it... We just need to have faith.".. Lets talk about that in my next post IN SHA ALLAH...
